In reply to Neha D. Hi Neha, I buy brands of soy sauce that are naturally brewed/fermented. I check the ingredients before buying and make sure there are no preservatives, artificial colors or additives. I personally like kikkoman brand of naturally brewed soy sauce that comes in a 150 ml bottle, but it is expensive.

In reply to Sonam Agrawal. yes sonam, you can boil the noodles before and refrigerate them. mix a few drops of oil in them so that they do not dry out. keep them covered in a container.
