Hi Suvidha, I have already shared the Punjabi version of broken wheat which we call Dalia in Hindi and you can have a look at it in the meantime. I have shared both the savory and sweet versions here.

There is a Gujarati style Sev ki Sabji also shared. Soya Kheema is in drafts and I will publish it in some time. Have taken note of lapsi, sweet khandvi and palak vadi. Thanks.
