We make very tasty raita from ripe bananas. Take 2 ripe bananas, 1/2 tsp red mustard seeds, 1 green chilli chopped, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,1 tsp sugar, 3 tbsp curd and salt to taste.
First take red mustard seeds, green chilli, coriander leaves, sugar and salt in a chutney jar and grind it well.
Then add fresh curd and grind to mix well.
Now add chopped bananas into this mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves prior serving.
