In reply to Devyani Tripathi. yes, paneer tikka can be made in the convection mode of the microwave oven. preheat the oven first in convection mode for 10 to 15 minutes at 240 degrees celsius. then grill for 10 to 15 minutes or more at the same temperature in the convection mode. will see if we can get making an app again. managing the earlier one was difficult and too time-consuming.
