Such a great way to enjoy fettuccine. Can you believe Alfredo is not an Italian dish? My Italian friends made a joke out of me when I asked for a delicious Alfredo pasta in Italy. I will never forget that but its still one of my personal favorite ways to eat it.

Not all parmesan is vegetarian! Watch out for “rennet” made from lamb enzymes. Especially common in “real” parmesan, pecorino, and romano cheeses.
