Thanks. Either you remove the dough from the freezer and thaw at room temperature. Or keep the frozen dough in the refrigerator overnight. After defrosting or thawing, portion and roll the pizza dough, top with tomato sauce, veggies, cheese and bake.

If the pizza is baked more, the cheese does get rubbery. Try baking for less time and don’t lower the temperature. Instead use a pizza stone or a baking stone. If you don’t have a pizza stone the use any pan and let it get preheated in the oven for at-least 30 to 45 minutes. Using a pizza peel or a flat tray or flat lid or a chopping board, assemble the pizza. But make sure that the pizza peel or chopping board is evenly dusted with flour, so that sliding the pizza from the pizza peel to the baking stone/pan is easy. Slid the pizza with the help of a spatula and cook for 8 minutes till the cheese melts. This will give you a crisp edge and the cheese also won’t over cook. Alternatively you can keep the pizza pan near the lower bottom heating element of the oven.
