Hi, i really like your recipe and I’ve tried different methods as in roasting the spices and cooking the mashed potatoes before adding it into the dough. But I want to try this version of yours. I hope it turns out well.

Very informative and step by step method was easy to follow. I made it today and it was delicious.

Only snag was that my cup measure was way off and got only about 8 parathas. How much is 2 cups in grams? I am from Sri Lanka.
