I often prepare dal palak at home and interchange with tuvar dal, chana dal or moong dal with masoor dal. We also like to add crushed garlic with ginger & prefer green chillies instead of red chillies. The result is always very tasty. Goes very well with bajri or jowar bhakhri or plain rice.

I always enjoy reading your recipes & have tried many on different occasions with great results. Writing to you for the first time.
